On May 16, 1980, Theresa Fillingim, 16, was reported missing to the Tampa Police Department. On April 3, 1981, several human remains were recovered from the property of Billy Mansfield. On July 20, 2022, with the help of DNA evidence one of the skeletons was confirmed as belonging to Theresa.
